At the heart of my doula work is a deeply nurturing presence and a genuine love for guiding families through one of life’s most transformative experiences. I believe every client deserves to feel seen, heard, and fully supported—emotionally, physically, and mentally—throughout their journey.
I am passionate about education because knowledge builds confidence. I take the time to explain options, answer questions without judgment, and help you understand what’s happening in your body and your care. My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to empower you with clear, compassionate information so you can make decisions that feel right for you. When clients feel informed, they feel grounded—and that sense of calm and trust can change everything.

Whitney was my doula for my last child of 5. This was my first time having a doula so I wasn’t sure what to expect. During our first visit we came up with a pregnancy and birth plan. Whitney attended appointments with me and made sure to advocate for me to ensure that our plan was respected. After the delivery of my baby Whitney did home visits where she not only helped with creating a schedule for my baby but with the other kids and household duties as well.
